Bug Fixes on Friday

Due to a database system updates on on June 30, 2020 a lot of creating and editing records failed. Bugs were fixed throughout last week.

• Adding an Unlicense Animal and related records: Animal, Owner, License, License Status, Address, Vaccination, various "History" tables
• Editing a License
• Editing a Vaccination
